4. Orders and Payments
Orders are accepted in writing or via official purchase orders.
A valid quotation and purchase agreement must be in place before fulfilment.
All payments must be made in full unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Title and ownership of goods remain with VM&K until full payment is received.

VM&K is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Risk transfers to the client upon dispatch or delivery to the nominated shipping address.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products (including medical and regulated devices), returns are not accepted unless:

The return is approved in writing by VM&K.
Any cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.
